Changing Your Plan — Lite vs Premium

How to change your WIZniche POS plan between Lite and Premium, switch between monthly and yearly billing, and understand what's included in each plan.

You can switch between the Lite and Premium plans, or toggle between monthly and yearly billing, at any time from your Subscription page. Yearly billing saves you money compared to paying month to month.


How to Access

  1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar.

  2. Under Billing, click Subscription.

  3. Click the blue Change plan button in the Current Plan panel on the right.

Toggle between Monthly and Yearly at the top of the plan selection screen to see the price difference. Yearly billing is indicated with a Save badge.


Changing Your Plan

  1. Select your preferred billing cycle — Monthly or Yearly.

  2. Click Purchase Plan (Lite) or Choose Premium Plan to confirm the change.

  3. Your plan updates immediately.

If you're downgrading from Premium to Lite, features only available on Premium (Inventory Management, WIZniche POS Register, Subscriptions & Plan) will no longer be accessible.


Additional Location Costs

Each additional location beyond your first is billed at $89.00/month per location, regardless of which plan you're on. This is shown on your Subscription page under your current plan details.
