Updating Your Payment Method

How to update the payment card on file for your WIZniche POS subscription.

Your payment card is used for all WIZniche POS subscription charges including your base plan, additional locations, and any add-ons. You can update your card at any time from the Subscription page.


How to Access

  1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar.

  2. Under Billing, click Subscription.

  3. In the Payment Method section on the right, click the Edit (pencil ✏️) icon.


Updating Your Card

An Update Card Details dialog will appear with three fields:

  • Card Number — Enter your new card number.

  • Card Expiry — Enter the expiry date in MM/YY format.

  • Card CVC — Enter the 3 or 4 digit security code.

Click Update to save your new card. Click Cancel to close without making changes.


Viewing Your Current Card

Your active payment card is shown in the Payment Method panel on the Subscription page, displaying the card brand (e.g. Visa), the last 4 digits, and the expiry date. The full card number is never shown for security.
