Managing Your Subscription & Billing

An overview of the WIZniche POS Subscription page — current plan, billing history, payment method, and additional location costs.

The Subscription page is where you manage your WIZniche POS plan, view your billing history, update your payment method, and manage your account. You can access it from Settings → Billing → Subscription.

Current Plan

The right-hand panel shows your active plan at a glance:

  • Plan name — e.g. Premium Plan

  • Monthly cost — e.g. $179.00 / month

  • Additional locations — If you have more than one location, this shows how many additional locations you have and the cost per location ($89.00/month per additional location).

  • Change plan — Click this button to switch between the Lite and Premium plans or toggle between monthly and yearly billing.


Billing History

The main area of the Subscription page shows your full billing history in a table with the following columns:

  • Date — When the charge was made.

  • Description — What the charge was for (e.g. Premium Plan, Additional Location).

  • Amount Paid — The total charged.

  • Billing Period — The subscription period the charge covers.

  • Discount Applied — Any discount applied to the charge.

  • Status — Whether the payment was successful.

If no charges have been made yet, the table will show "No data available."


Payment Method

Your current payment card is shown in the right panel with the card brand, last 4 digits, and expiry date (e.g. Visa •••• 4242, Expires 3/2030). Click the Edit (pencil) icon to update your card details.
