How to Register Your Account

A step-by-step guide to creating your WIZniche POS account at pos.wizniche.com/register.

Setting up your WIZniche POS account takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to go from registration to your dashboard.


Step 1: Go to the Registration Page

Open your browser and navigate to pos.wizniche.com/register.

You'll see the Get Started form with the WIZniche POS logo at the top.


Step 2: Fill In Your Personal Details

Enter the following information into the form:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Mobile Phone

  • Password

Once all fields are filled, click the Create Account button.

By creating an account, you agree to WIZniche's Terms and Privacy Policy, linked at the bottom of the page. Already have an account? Click Login instead.


Step 3: Verify Your Account

After submitting your details, you'll be taken to the Verify Your Account screen. WIZniche will send a 6-digit verification code to both your phone and email address.

  • Enter the 6-digit code into the boxes on screen.

  • Click Verify to continue.

Didn't receive the code? Click Send the code again to request a new one.


Step 4: Add Your Business Information

Once verified, you'll be greeted with a welcome screen asking for details about your business.

  • Business Name — Start typing and WIZniche will suggest matching businesses using Google autofill. If your business appears in the dropdown, select it to auto-populate your address details. If it doesn't appear, press Enter to add a custom business name manually.

  • Select Industry — Choose the industry that best describes your business.

  • Number of Employees — Select from the dropdown.

Click Next to proceed.


Step 5: Enter Business Details

On the Business Details screen, fill in your contact information:

  • Business Phone Number

  • Website

  • Business Email

Click Next to continue.


Step 6: Set Your Business Location

Enter your business address so WIZniche can set the correct timezone:

  • Country

  • Street Address

  • Apt/Suite (if applicable)

  • City

  • State

  • ZIP Code

  • Time Zone — This will auto-populate based on your address.

Click Next to continue.


Step 7: Choose Your Plan

Select the plan that best fits your business. You can toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing — yearly billing saves you money.

Click Purchase Plan or Choose Premium Plan to proceed.


Step 8: Complete Payment & Purchase

On the checkout screen, review your business details and complete your purchase:

  1. Confirm your business name, email, and phone number are correct.

  2. Click Add Billing Address to enter your billing address — or check the box "Billing address is same as business address" if they match.

    ⚠️ Important: This checkbox is easy to miss. You must either add a billing address or tick this box before you can complete your purchase.

  3. Enter your promo code if you have one and click Apply.

  4. Enter your payment details:

    • Card Number

    • Card Expiry

    • Card CVC

  5. Click Purchase to complete your registration.

Once payment is successful, you'll be taken directly to your Dashboard and your account is ready to use.
