Logging In for the First Time

How to log in to your WIZniche POS account after registration.

Once you've registered and completed setup, logging in to WIZniche POS is straightforward. Here's what to expect the first time you sign in.


Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Open your browser and navigate to pos.wizniche.com

If you're not already logged in, you'll be redirected to the login screen automatically.


Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

Enter the email address and password you used when creating your account, then click Login.

If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen to reset it via email.


Step 3: You're In — Your Dashboard

After logging in you'll land on your Home Dashboard. If you're a new account, you'll see the Onboarding Checklist at the top of the screen guiding you through the remaining setup steps.

You'll also see your Key Metrics panel below — this is where your sales, transactions, and customer data will appear as your business gets going.


Switching Locations After Login

If your account has multiple locations, you can switch between them from the location selector in the top navigation bar — next to the WIZniche logo. Selecting a different location will update the dashboard, reports, and register to reflect that location's data.


Staying Logged In

WIZniche POS will keep you logged in on your device between sessions. If you're using a shared or public device, make sure to Sign Out when you're done. You'll find the Sign Out option by clicking your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
