Resetting Your Password from the Login Screen

How to reset your WIZniche POS password if you've forgotten it during setup or login.

If you've forgotten your password during the registration or setup process, you can reset it quickly from the login or setup screen.


Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Navigate to pos.wizniche.com. On the login screen, and enter your email address. Click Forgot Password below the login fields.


Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address associated with your WIZniche POS account and submit the form. WIZniche will send you a password reset link to that email.


Step 3: Check Your Email

Open the email from WIZniche and click the Reset Password link inside. The link will take you to a secure page where you can set a new password.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.


Step 4: Set a New Password

Enter your new password and confirm it. Make sure your password is strong — use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Click Save or Reset Password to confirm.


Step 5: Log Back In

Return to pos.wizniche.com and log in using your email and your new password.


Tips

  • Password reset links expire after a short period. If yours has expired, simply request a new one.

  • If you're a team member whose account was created by an Admin, contact your Admin — they can resend your invitation or update your access.

  • If you're still unable to reset your password, contact the WIZniche support team for assistance.
