My Orders is your hardware order history — a record of every terminal and POS device you've purchased through WIZniche. It's where you track delivery status and find your device's serial number after ordering.
How to Access
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Under the Devices section, click My Orders.

The Order History List
Each row represents a hardware order and shows:
Order Date — When the order was placed.
Order Number — A unique reference for the order (e.g. ORD250818G403).
Items — A thumbnail and name of the device(s) ordered (e.g. Verifone M400).
Total — The total amount charged including tax.
Status — The current status of the order (e.g. Ordered).
Use the Search bar to find a specific order by number or device name.
Viewing Order Details
Click on any order row to open a detailed summary panel on the right side of the screen. This shows:
The order status badge (e.g. Ordered)
Order number and date
Items Ordered — Device name, quantity, and unit price
Summary — Items total, tax, and grand total
Finding Your Serial Number
Your terminal's serial number is assigned by Adyen (WIZniche's payment hardware provider) once your order is processed. It will appear in your order details and in your Device Profiles. The serial number is important — it's how WIZniche identifies your specific device in the platform.
Tracking Your Delivery
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be available within the order details, including the carrier name (e.g. FedEx) and a tracking link. Click the tracking link to see the current delivery status and estimated arrival directly on the carrier's website.
What Happens When Your Device Arrives
Your terminal is added to your Device Profiles automatically as soon as the order is placed — you don't need to do anything to add it manually. When it arrives and connects to your Wi-Fi, its status will update from Boarded to Online. WIZniche handles the backend setup and configuration.
