WIZniche POS has its own hardware store where you can browse and purchase compatible card terminals and POS devices directly. The ordering process works like a standard e-commerce checkout — most of your business information is pre-populated, so it only takes a few minutes.
How to Access
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Under the Devices section, click Order Hardware.
This opens the WIZniche hardware store in a dedicated page.
Available Hardware
The store lists all available WIZniche-compatible terminals. Current options include:
Castles AMS1 — An all-in-one terminal running on Android. $275.00
Verifone V400c Plus — A standalone countertop terminal with an added printer. $435.00
Additional devices may be available in the store. Each product listing includes a description and price.
Placing an Order
Browse the available hardware and click Buy Now on the device you want.
Add the item to your cart. You can order multiple terminals in the same checkout.
Proceed to checkout — your business name, address, and contact information will be pre-populated from your account's location details, so you won't need to re-enter them.
If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout to apply a discount.
Enter your payment card details and complete the purchase.
What Happens After You Order
Once your order is placed:
It will appear in My Orders (Settings → Devices → My Orders) with your order number, the device(s) ordered, and your order total.
WIZniche will ship your device via a carrier (e.g. FedEx). A tracking number will be available in your order details so you can monitor delivery.
Your terminal's serial number will be visible in your order history once it's assigned — keep a note of this as it's used to identify your device in the platform.
As soon as your order is processed, your terminal is automatically added to your Device Profiles with a status of Boarded. You don't need to manually add it.
Your terminal will move from Boarded to Online once it's physically connected to your Wi-Fi network and syncs with the WIZniche platform.
