You can edit the details of any bank account in your External Banks list and switch which bank account is used for payouts at any location — all from the Bank Accounts settings page.
How to Access
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Under the Banking section, click Bank Accounts.
Editing a Bank Account
The External Banks panel on the right side of the page lists all the bank accounts connected to your WIZniche account. Each account shows its type (e.g. US Checking) and the last 4 digits of the account number.
Find the bank account you want to edit in the External Banks panel.
Click the pencil (✏️) icon to the right of the account.
Update the account details as needed.
Save your changes.
Switching a Location's Payout Bank Account
If you want to change which bank account a specific location pays out to, you don't need to edit the bank account itself — you simply reassign it:
In the All Locations section on the left, find the location you want to update.
Click the dropdown next to that location — it shows the currently assigned bank account (e.g. US Checking — •••• 2222).
Select a different bank account from your External Banks list.
The change takes effect for the next payout cycle.
Multiple locations can share the same bank account, or each can have its own — it's fully flexible.
Note on Removing Bank Accounts
WIZniche does not currently support deleting bank accounts from the platform directly. If you need to remove a bank account from your account, please contact the WIZniche support team for assistance.
