WIZniche POS processes payouts automatically — you don't need to manually trigger transfers. Here's exactly how the payout schedule works and what to expect.
How Automatic Transfers Work
Payouts in WIZniche POS are set to Automatic transfer for every location. This means:
Funds from completed transactions are transferred to your linked bank account automatically after the close of business each day.
Transfers can take up to 2 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's transfer speed.
You do not need to log in or take any action to trigger a payout — it happens in the background.
Payout Timing at a Glance
Transfer Type | When It Triggers | Time to Bank |
Automatic | After close of business each day | Up to 2 business days |
Per-Location Payouts
Each location has its own payout destination. Funds collected at Location 1 go to Location 1's assigned bank account, funds from Location 2 go to Location 2's account, and so on. This gives you clean financial separation across your sites.
To see which bank account is assigned to each location, go to Settings → Bank Accounts. To change the destination, use the dropdown next to the location to switch to a different External Bank.
Settlement Delay
Each location also has a Settlement Delay setting, configured in the Location Profile. The default is 1 day. This controls how long after a transaction before the funds enter the payout cycle. Combined with the transfer time, you should expect funds to reach your bank within 2–3 business days of a transaction under default settings.
Viewing Your Payout History
To review a full history of payouts to your bank, go to Reports → Payouts. This report shows each payout amount, date, and the bank account it was sent to.
