The Settings page is your central control panel for configuring every aspect of your WIZniche POS account — from your business profile and payment rules to devices, billing, and integrations. It's organised into clearly labelled sections so you can find what you need quickly.
Access WIZniche POS Settings
To access Settings, click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar from anywhere in the platform. The breadcrumb will show Home › Settings.

BUSINESS
Core account and access settings for your business.
Profile — Manage your business information and branding. Update your business name, contact details, address, company logo, and brand colour.
Security — Update your password, enable two-step verification, manage team permissions, and configure POS passcode requirements.
Locations — Add and manage your business locations. Shortcut to the Locations section of the platform.
PAYMENT
Configure how payments are collected, taxed, and charged.
Sales Tax — Configure tax rates for your products and services.
Service Charges — Set automatic service fees applied to orders.
Surcharges — Manage payment surcharges and pass-through fees for credit card and ACH payments.
Virtual Terminal — Process card-not-present payments from any device. Access and configure your Virtual Terminal settings.
BANKING
Manage where your funds are paid out.
Bank Accounts — Manage payout destinations for your funds. Add, update, or remove bank accounts linked to your account.
DEVICES
Manage your physical POS hardware.
Device Profiles — Configure terminals and POS device behaviour. Set up and manage your connected card readers.
Order Hardware — Browse and order new POS hardware directly from WIZniche.
My Orders — Track and review your hardware orders.
BILLING
Manage your WIZniche POS plan and subscription.
Subscription — View and manage your current plan, billing cycle, and add-ons.
INTEGRATIONS
Connect WIZniche POS to third-party platforms.
QuickBooks — Sync transactions with QuickBooks accounting for automated bookkeeping.
TaxJar — Automate sales tax filing and reporting.
