Each location in WIZniche POS can have its own dedicated bank account for payouts. This means revenue collected at different sites can be deposited into separate accounts, giving you clean financial separation across your business.
How to Access
Click Locations in the left sidebar.
Click on the location you want to link a bank account to.
On the Location Profile page, click the Bank Info tab.
Linking a New Bank Account
If no bank account has been linked yet, you'll see the message:
"No bank accounts linked yet."
Click the Link a new bank button.
You'll be guided through the secure bank verification process to connect your account.
Once successfully linked, the bank account details — including account type (e.g. US Checking) and the last 4 digits — will appear in the Bank Info tab and in the location header summary.
Where Your Linked Bank Appears
Once a bank account is linked to a location, it will appear in two places:
The Bank Info tab of the Location Profile — showing account type and masked account number.
The Location header at the top of the profile page — displayed as e.g. Bank: US Checking — •••• 2222.
One Bank Account Per Location
Each location supports one linked bank account. If you need to change the bank account for a location, you'll need to remove the existing one and link a new one.
If you have multiple locations and want all payouts to go to the same bank account, simply link the same account to each location during the Bank Info setup for each.
Why This Matters
Your bank account at the location level determines where payouts are deposited for transactions processed at that site. Make sure each active location has a linked bank account — without one, payouts for that location cannot be processed.
