How to upload your company logo and set your brand colour in WIZniche POS Settings — used across receipts, emails, checkout flows, and the customer-facing app.

Your branding settings control how WIZniche POS represents your business visually to customers. Your company logo and brand colour appear on receipts, invoice emails, checkout flows, and the customer-facing app — keeping your brand consistent at every touchpoint.

How to Access

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.

  2. Under the Business section, click Profile.

  3. The Branding section is at the top of the Business Details page, above Business Information.

The section subtitle reads: "Logo and brand color shown on receipts, emails, and the customer-facing app."

Company Logo

Your logo appears on customer receipts, invoice emails, and the customer-facing checkout and payment pages.

Uploading a Logo

  1. Click the Company Logo upload area on the left side of the Branding section.

  2. Select your image file from your device.

  3. Your logo will appear in the preview box once uploaded.

  4. Click Save to apply.

Removing a Logo

Click the icon in the top-right corner of the logo preview to remove the current logo. Then click Save.

Logo Tips

  • Use a PNG with a transparent background for the cleanest result on emails and receipts.

  • A square or circular logo works best in the preview area.

  • Keep the file size small for fast loading in emails and checkout pages.

Brand Colour

Your brand colour is used as the accent colour in checkout flows and invoice emails — applied to buttons, highlights, and key UI elements that your customers interact with.

Setting Your Brand Colour

  1. In the Brand Color field on the right side of the Branding section, click the colour circle to open the colour picker.

  2. Select your colour visually using the picker, or type your brand's HEX code directly into the text field (e.g. #2D5FA6).

  3. The colour circle updates in real time to preview your selection.

  4. Click Save to apply.

Where Your Brand Colour Appears

  • Checkout flows — Buttons and accent elements on customer payment pages.

  • Invoice emails — Accent colour in the email template sent to customers.

  • Payment links — Key UI elements on the customer-facing payment page.

  • Customer-facing app — Branding applied throughout the customer experience.

Tips

  • Use your brand's exact HEX code for consistency — most brand guidelines will include this.

  • Avoid very light or near-white colours — they won't display well against white backgrounds in emails.
