Your Business Profile is the legal name and contact information that appears on receipts, invoices, checkout flows, and any customer-facing communications. Keeping this up to date ensures your customers always see accurate details and that your payouts and tax calculations are correct.
How to Access Your Business Profile
From anywhere in WIZniche POS:
Click the Hamburger Menu (☰) in the top-left corner to open the sidebar.
Click Settings at the bottom of the menu.
Select Profile — this opens the Business Details page.
You'll see the breadcrumb Settings › Profile at the top of the page.
Business Information
The Business Information section contains the legal name and contact details your customers will see:
Business Name — The name that appears on invoices, receipts, and your customer-facing pages.
Business Email — Used for customer communications and invoice emails.
Business Phone — Your primary business contact number.
Click into any field to edit it, then click Save in the bottom-right corner when done.
Address
The Address section is used for tax calculation, payouts, and printed documents. It's important this reflects your actual business address.

Apt./Suite (if applicable)
City
State
ZIP Code
Update any fields as needed and click Save to apply your changes.
Saving Your Changes
After making any updates, click the blue Save button in the bottom-right corner of the page. To discard changes, click Cancel.
