Sync Between Your Company Profile with Your Primary Location

How your WIZniche POS Business Profile syncs with your primary location and what this means for your business details, tax, and payouts.

When you first set up WIZniche POS, the details you enter during registration — your business name, contact information, and branding — form your Company Profile. This profile automatically syncs with your Primary Location, ensuring that your first location's details stay in line with your core business information.


How the Sync Works

Your Business Profile (found under Settings → Profile) and your Primary Location are linked by default. This means:

  • The Business Name, Email, Phone you enter in your Business Profile are used as the base details for your primary location.

  • Changes made to your Business Profile will reflect on your primary location's details — including documents, receipts, and tax-related information.

  • Your Brand Colour and Company Logo set in the Business Profile apply across all locations.

Note: Address for a location can be either Physical or Remote hence user manually needs to setup their address for their default location after signing up.


Updating Your Business Profile

  1. Click the Hamburger Menu (☰) in the top-left corner.

  2. Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.

  3. Select Profile to open the Business Details page.

  4. Update your Business Name, Business Email, Business Phone, or Address as needed.

  5. Click Save — your changes will apply to your primary location automatically.


Multi-Location Accounts

If you have multiple locations, each location can have its own individual details configured separately under Settings → Locations. However, the Business Profile remains the master record and applies directly to your primary location.

For secondary locations, you can customise details independently so that each site has its own address, contact info, and receipts — without affecting the primary profile.


What the Address Is Used For

The address in your Business Profile is specifically used for:

  • Tax calculation — Ensures the correct tax rates are applied based on your business location.

  • Payouts — Your registered address is part of your payout and compliance profile.

  • Printed documents — Appears on invoices, receipts, and other customer-facing documents.

Make sure your address is always current and accurate to avoid issues with tax rates and payout processing.
