Editing Your Business Profile in Settings

How to update your business name, email, phone, and address in WIZniche POS Settings.

Your Business Profile in Settings is where you manage the legal name, contact details, and address for your account. This information appears on invoices, receipts, and any customer-facing documents generated by WIZniche POS.


How to Access

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.

  2. Under the Business section, click Profile.

  3. You'll be taken to the Business Details page (breadcrumb: Settings › Profile).


Business Information

The Business Information section contains the legal name and contact details your customers will see on invoices, receipts, and emails:

  • Business Name — The name displayed on all customer-facing documents.

  • Business Email — Used for customer communications and invoice correspondence.

  • Business Phone — Your primary business contact number.

Click into any field to edit it.


Address

The Address section is used for tax calculation, payouts, and printed documents. It's important this always reflects your actual registered business address.

  • Street Address

  • Apt./Suite (if applicable)

  • City

  • State

  • ZIP Code


Saving Changes

After making any updates across any section of the Business Details page, click the blue Save button in the bottom-right corner to apply your changes. Click Cancel to discard them.
