Uploading Your Company Logo

How to upload, update, or remove your company logo in WIZniche POS Business Profile settings.

Your Company Logo appears on receipts, invoice emails, checkout flows, and the customer-facing app. Uploading your logo helps build brand recognition and ensures a professional experience for your customers.


How to Access

  1. Click the Hamburger Menu (☰) in the top-left corner.

  2. Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.

  3. Select Profile to open the Business Details page.

Your logo upload is in the Branding section at the top of the page, under Company Logo.


Uploading Your Logo

  1. In the Branding section, click the Company Logo upload area.

  2. Select your logo image file from your device.

  3. Your logo will appear in the preview area once uploaded.

  4. Click Save in the bottom-right corner to apply it.


Removing Your Logo

If you need to remove or replace your current logo, click the icon in the top-right corner of the logo preview area. This clears the current logo so you can upload a new one. Remember to click Save after making changes.


Logo Tips

  • Use a PNG file with a transparent background for the best results on receipts and emails.

  • Keep your logo file size small to ensure it loads quickly in emails and checkout pages.

  • A square or circular logo works best within the upload preview area.

  • Your logo will appear alongside your Brand Colour across all customer-facing touchpoints, so make sure they complement each other.
