The Items screen is where you find and add products to a sale. You can search by name, filter by category or vendor, or create a one-off item on the spot.
Opening the Items Screen
From the Register home screen, click Categories or Items.
Searching and Filtering
Search Items — find an item by name.
Categories — filter the list to a specific category.
Vendors — filter the list to a specific vendor.
Reading the Item Tiles
Each tile shows the item's name, price, and either its available quantity (for example, 480 Available) or a red Sold out label.
A Variation badge means the item has multiple variants — clicking the tile opens a Variations panel where you choose the specific one before adding it to the cart.
The Quick Add tile lets you create a one-off custom item instead of picking from the catalog. See Adding Items to the Cart for the full steps.
