What's Included in the Transactions CSV Export

What columns are included when you export your WIZniche POS Transactions list to CSV.

When you export your transactions as a CSV from WIZniche POS, the file includes the same core fields you see in the on-screen transaction list, formatted for use in spreadsheet software or accounting tools.

Columns Included in the Export

  • Transaction ID — The unique reference (TX-XXXX or RX-XXXX).

  • Customer — The name of the customer associated with the transaction.

  • Location

  • Order ID

  • Payment Status — Paid, Pending, or Failed.

  • Amount — The dollar value of the transaction.

  • Transaction Type — Payment or Refund.

  • Fee

  • Payment Method

  • Surcharge

  • Date — The date and time the transaction was processed.

Scope of the Export

The export reflects whatever date range and filters were applied to the transaction list at the time you clicked Export. If you exported without any filters, the file includes every transaction in the selected date range.

Using the Export

The CSV can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool. It's commonly used for:

  • Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation

  • Importing transaction data into accounting software

  • Building custom reports outside of WIZniche POS
