The Categories section of the Item Library offers two views to help you manage your category structure depending on how you prefer to work.
List View
List View shows all categories in a flat table, sorted alphabetically. Each row shows the category name and its parent category (if applicable). This view is best for:
Quickly scanning and editing individual categories
Searching for a specific category by name
Managing a large number of categories efficiently
Hierarchy View
Hierarchy View displays categories in a tree structure — parent categories are shown with their child categories nested underneath. This view is best for:
Understanding how your category structure is organised visually
Checking which categories are correctly nested under parents
Planning structural changes to your catalogue organisation
Switching Between Views
Toggle between views using the List and Hierarchy view buttons at the top of the Categories section. Your last selected view is remembered between sessions.
