Clicking any row on the Orders list opens a detail sidebar for that order, with its full item list and a set of quick actions.
Opening It
On the Orders list, click anywhere on an order's row.
Actions at the Top
A print icon.
A ... menu for more actions — see Order 3-Dot Actions Explained.
Edit & Pay — see Editing an Existing Order.
Customer & Status
The customer's name, phone, and email appear at the top (each with a copy icon), along with the order's payment status.
Order Details
Pickup Details — shows pickup information, or N/A if the order wasn't a pickup order.
Recipient — who the order is for.
Created — the date and time the order was placed.
Source, Channel, and Location — where and how the order originated.
Receipt — the order number.
Pickup time — shows a dash if not applicable.
Item List
Below the details, every item on the order is listed with its image (if any), name, quantity, and price.
